Learn how to take and enjoy Kratom.

Kratom is a dried leaf that comes from the Kratom tree and is a member of the Rubiaceae (coffee) family. It has no caffeine and a crisp, bitter taste. Good for mixing or take as you like. I like it mixed with juice, coffee or tea.

It’s available in both capsule and powder form. If you’re new to Kratom, you may want to try various strains and doses until you find what works best for you.

It’s best to take Kratom on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or two hours before or after eating. It can be taken with food but will likely result in a reduced effect. Our capsules contain .72 gm each. We recommend starting with a dose of 1-2 grams (2-4 capsules), but you may adjust as needed.

If you take Kratom powder, try mixing with juices, tea, coffee or your favorite sugar, salt or dark chocolate delectables. That said, mixing with a short cup of water and throwing it back does the trick for me. 🙂
